The meals of the day

Every day, for breakfast, an international buffet with sweet and savoury proposals to ensure our guests start the day off right. Fresh charcuterie, cheeses, eggs, cereals, jams, yoghurt, muesli, home-made cakes or freshly-baked croissants. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between two or three different menus, with fish, meat or vegetarian main dishes, always accompanied by one or more warm vegetables.
Every evening, double portion of first courses: pasta and soup, such as, for example, "passatelli" in meat broth, consommés, soups, cream soups, veloutés and many others.

Our chef

Always ready to cater for the special requirements of children and adults and make changes to the proposed menus. The chef's dishes are all based on tasty Italian recipes, skilfully interpreted to adapt to the traditions of Romagna.

The rich buffets

Besides the dishes served at table, each meal is accompanied by a variegated and generous buffet of vegetable of many different kinds: fresh, grilled, boiled, gratin, pickled or under oil.
Three times a week, our buffets are made even more inviting by hors-d'oeuvres with imaginative salads, fragrant seafood dishes, filled pizzas, delicious canapés and appetizers.

Children

Mothers will find at their disposal a kitchenette where they can prepare baby foods. Our chef will contribute with freshly-made vegetable broth which each mother can personalise as she would at home: same ingredients and same loving care!
